We shouldn't let our anger get the best of us nor should we let it control us. We should NEVER hold on to anger, I mean, it isn't a pleasant or enjoyable feeling so why hold on to it? We may be caught up in the moment and be outraged but anger doesn't last, we just need space to cool down ourselves and think about what got us so upset. What's the point in keeping anger in your heart? Why not forgive? Why not smile and be happy? Why must you keep anger in your heart and hold on to it so tightly? Some people just need to talk things out and get it off their chests and some just need to cry it out. You shouldn't say things that you will regret although you're really upset. Suppose it's family or someone in authority, how will you take it back? How can things ever be okay if every time you see each other you're reminded?
